One Stop is a retail convenience business with over 500 shops and a key focus on being the best store for customers in the neighbourhood. Open 7 days a week One Stop aims to meet the needs of all its local customers.

With our stores situated throughout England and Wales, there’s sure to be a One Stop near where you live or work.

We open early in the morning so that you can pick up your newspaper and breakfast on the way to work. We stay open late into the evening to enable you to collect tonight’s meal and bottle of wine or one of our great beer deals. We’re open every day, so at the weekend we’ve got everything you need from groceries, snacks and soft drinks to barbecue briquettes! Our strong promotions and great ranges also mean plenty of choice for special occasions such as Christmas, Halloween and Bonfire night.

In many stores we also offer services on your doorstep that save you time and effort. These include a cash machine, Post Office, National Lottery, Pay Point (where you can pay your utility bills) and home delivery of your favourite newspaper and magazines. In addition we also offer electronic top-up for your mobile phone in every store.

One Stop was part of T&S Stores plc, which was founded in Wolverhampton in 1975. It’s rapid acquisition strategy, along with the enthusiasm, commitment and talent of the One Stop team contributed to the group’s success.

In January 2003, Tesco plc acquired T&S Stores and the company continues to trade under the One Stop brand. The acquisition saw changes within the business and approximately 400 One Stop stores converting to the Tesco Express format.
