Accredited by the Proof of Age Standards Scheme
(PASS) which is supported by the Government,
Police and Trading Standards.
How to apply
1.  DOWNLOAD PDF APPLICATION FORM AND PRINT - click here to download (right click, save as)
2. MAKE SURE YOU ENCLOSE 2 PHOTOS (ONE OF
WHICH MUST BE COUNTERSIGNED BY YOUR REFEREE).
3. INSERT INTO AN ENVELOPE TOGETHER WITH A
CHEQUE/POSTAL ORDER (IF APPLICABLE).
4. SEAL THE ENVELOPE SECURELY AND POST TO:
