Responsible Trading
One Stop operates a Challenge 25 policy for all Age Restricted products – including Alcohol and Tobacco. This message is reinforced throughout the store using Point-of-Sale, making it clear that customers that look under 25 must expect to be challenged to prove their age when purchasing Age Restricted items, and the consequences that could follow for those caught breaking the law.
Citizen Card
Citizen Cards are available to anyone of any age for the purpose of proving age or identity. Accredited by the Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) which is supported by the Government, Police and Trading Standards.

Battery Collection
We have implemented a battery collection facility in all stores, so our customers can easily return their old batteries for recycling

One Stop provides information on where to dispose of waste electrical equipment safely. This is displayed as a permanent Point-of-Sale throughout a store.
