Ingredients

25g cocoa powder

60g caster sugar

850ml milk

100g classic 74% dark chocolate, chopped

Method

1. Whisk the cocoa powder and caster sugar together, pour in 50ml milk and mix until dissolved.
2. Pour the remaining milk into a pan, add the chocolate mixture and bring to the boil.
3. Finely chop the dark chocolate and place into a mug.
4. Carefully, pour over the boiling milk and decorate with marshmallows to serve.
