One Stop Social Mobility Scholarship programme

At One Stop, we’re proud to support the communities we serve, and we are proud to announce the renewal of our One Stop Scholarship programme to support social mobility.

Our unique social mobility scholarship programme will provide support and guidance to young people from low-income households, who are about to start their first year at university, studying an undergraduate degree in Online, Technology or Sustainability.

Over the last 12 months, our online proposition and sustainability focus has grown. It continues to provide us with exciting opportunities for not only business growth, but for young people looking to progress their careers in Online, Technology or Sustainability, with a leading convenience retailer.

What support does the Scholarship Programme provide?

  1. Financial Assistance

A bursary of £15,000 over 3 years to support you financially whilst you are studying. This will be paid via an upfront payment at the start of your course to support with essential purchases, followed by monthly instalments during term time.
This support is applied for annually through our partner Groundwork and subject to continued engagement with the programme.

  2. Real World Work experience

We will provide 2 paid internships during your university summer holidays in areas of future business growth (Online/Technology/Sustainability), to enable you to learn alongside our fantastic colleagues.

  3. Business Mentoring

You will receive mentoring from one of the One Stop Leadership team throughout your degree and as you start your future career

Not only this, you will also be working towards a graduate role here at One Stop.

Let us help you to develop your skills and boost your career prospects!
