One Stop scoops up Best Use of Technology – Multiple award at Retail Industry Awards!

One Stop is celebrating after winning the Best Use of Technology – Multiple award at last night’s prestigious Retail Industry Awards which were held at The Brewery, London, in front of hundreds of top industry leaders and VIPs.

The convenience retailer was up against Henderson Retail but managed to walk away winners for their integration with Deliverect – an industry first integration for online same-day grocery delivery.

“The alignment across delivery platforms is a significant step forward, and the thinking outside of the box to look away from retail providers shows inspired thinking,” said one judge. Another added: “It was a very impressive roll-out that tackled a genuine problem. The results really speak for themselves.”

One Stop has strived to make its retail offering the best in the market and provide a benchmark for the industry. With over 1,000 stores, including over 300 franchise stores, it is at the forefront of driving change and innovation in the industry. The latest Retail Industry Award will join One Stop’s growing number of top industry awards and accolades.

One Stop Store Manager, Barry Dunn (One Stop Higher Blackley, Manchester) was also Highly Commended in the Store Manager of the Year – Multiple category and One Stop were Highly Commended in the Convenience Retailer of the Year – National category. A night, definitely to be celebrated.
