  1. Start by pre-heating your grill. Place the sausages on the grill for 10-15 mins until cooked through ensuring you turn every couple of minutes.
  2. While the sausages are cooking, fry up the bacon in a drying pan until cooked through.
  3. Wrap the sausage in a rasher of bacon and place in your hot dog bun.
  4. Add the toppings of green peppers and condiments of choice.
