Chicken Club Sandwich
A delicious yet simple lunch time sandwich.
Ingredients:
4 rashers streaky bacon
3 slices white bread
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
Few thick slices cooked chicken
Handful salad leaves
Method:
1. Heat grill to high and cook the bacon until crisp, turning halfway. Toast the bread and spread one slice with mayonnaise.
2. Place on the sliced egg, tomato and two rashers of bacon then top with another slice of bread.
3. Then add the chicken, bacon and lettuce. Finish with the final slice of bread. Cut into quarters, secure with a cocktail stick and serve
