Ingredients:

400g pack ready rolled puff pastry
1 One Stop egg
8 pork sausages
1tbsp One Stop flour, to sprinkle
4tsp soft cheese
1 tsp chopped black olives

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.Lightly roll out the pastry to a 50mm thickness sprinkling flour on the work surface. Slice the pastry into thin strips about 1cm-2cm wise. This will be your pastry wrap.

2. Wrap the pastry strips around each sausage to resemble a mummy like shape. Brush over the pastry with an egg wash and place on a baking tray.

3.Bake in the oven for 18, until the sausage is cooked through. Use the soft cheese and put 2 dabs on each sausage roll to look like eyes. Then use the chopped olives and place on top of the soft cheese.
