Salvation Army – Textiles Recycling
We are proud to have been working with Salvation Army clothing banks at over 200 of our stores to recycle clothing and textiles.
Since 2013 together we have recycled 7844 tonnes of textiles. All money raised from this process is re-invested back into our communities via our community partnership programme and our Christmas hamper projects each year.

Big Textiles Recycle
Each January and September, we run an additional textile recycling project through all our stores giving all our colleagues and customers the chance to get involved.
Throughout each of the campaigns, bags of textiles can be dropped on in all of our participating stores these are then returned to our distribution centres and then collected and recycled by Salvation army.
In January 2024 our first campaigned helped raise an additional 14 tonnes, to help even more people in our communities.
