We’ve now raised…
We are proud to make a difference to our communities and charity partners every day. At One Stop, we have 9 national charity partners and support hundreds of local community groups across the UK! Our store and head office colleagues, alongside our dedicated community team, fundraise tirelessly to help those in need.

Serving our Communities
Our stores are truly embedded within the communities they serve and we're proud to make a difference to those who live within them.

Fundraising
Since 2013, our amazing colleagues and customers have helped us raise over £10.4 Million for local good causes and our national charity partners. From climbing mountains to bake sales to our very own Christmas merchandise - our colleagues do it all to support causes that are close to their hearts.

Donating to local food banks
We’re proud to support food banks locally and across the UK by in-store food bank collections and partnerships with FareShare and Olio. Since 2015 our stores have donated 1.6 million equivalent food bank meals for our communities. Look out for food bank collection bins in your local One Stop.
Volunteering in our communities
Our colleagues love to get involved with their local community through volunteering. Over the last 10 years, they’ve volunteered over 300,000 hours in their communities! To help our colleagues, we have our team of 25 community champions located across the UK, who support their area to become even more involved in the community.

One Stop Community Partnership programme
This programme is designed to fund and support community groups or organisations within two miles of a One Stop store that focus on activities like tackling food poverty, supporting vulnerable people and improving the environment. We’ve supported 438 local community groups on this programme so far!
Our charity partners

Alzheimer's Society have been a charity partner of ours since 2019 and since then we're proud to say we have raised an incredible £550,000 for the charity.

At One Stop, we've been supporting Young Lives vs Cancer since 2022 and so far we have raised over £224,000 through a variety of in-store activities and challenge events.
Our headline campaign for this charity has been our Care Bears campaign, selling exclusive licensed pin badges and keyrings featuring popular characters from the range.

We have partnered with FareShare, the UK's biggest food redistribution charity, since 2021. Throughout the year, we make a financial donation to help provide food for vulnerable families.

Thanks to our work with the Salvation Army, customers at over 200 of our stores, are able to recycle clothing and textiles! Since 2013, together, we have recycled 6,880 tonnes of textiles with all money raised being reinvested back into our community partnership programme and Christmas hamper projects each year.
