Cooking Instructions: – For best results oven heat. Important All appliances vary; these are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. Oven cook: – Remove outer sleeve and film lid. – Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5, 35-40 mins – Leave to stand for 2 minutes after heating. – This container may soften slightly but will regain strength on standing. – Allow tray to stand until it regains its rigidity. Oven cook: – Remove outer sleeve and film lid. – Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5, 50-55 mins – Leave to stand for 2 minutes after heating. – This container may soften slightly but will regain strength on standing. – Allow tray to stand until it regains its rigidity. Microwave: – Remove outer sleeve and pierce film lid several times. – Heat on full power. 800W, 11 mins 900W 8 mins – Leave to stand for 2 minutes after heating. – Stir well before serving. Microwave: – Remove outer sleeve and pierce film lid several times. – Heat on full power. 800W, 17 mins 30 secs 900W 13 mins 30 secs mins – Leave to stand for 2 minutes after heating. – Stir well before serving.
