Oven cook: Handling Guidelines 1. Pre-heat oven – 200°C 2. Bake from frozen -18°C 3. Space product evenly Always use wire trays 4. Bake until golden brown 8-10 minutes Always bake from frozen. Remove required amount from outer case. Ensure the product is evenly spaced and placed directly onto baking wires. Pre-heat oven to 220°C (conventional) 200°C (fan-assisted) and bake for 8-10 minutes. If product lacks colour adjust temperature rather than bake time. Avoid over baking. Shelf life once baked: 1 day.
