Cooking Instructions: For best results oven heat. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Caution Allow tray to stand until it regains its rigidity. Important All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is steaming hot throughout before serving. Oven cook: 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5, 30 min Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Remove film lid for the final 10 mins. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir well before serving. Oven cook: 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5, 50 mins Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Remove film lid for the final 10 mins. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir well before serving. Microwave: 800W 4 mins 30 secs/900W 4 mins. Heat on full power. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir well before serving. Heat on full power for 800W/900W 4 mins. Peel back film lid, stir and heat for a further 800W 4 mins/900W 3 mins 30 secs. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir well before serving.
