
Scary Sausage Rolls
Try these scary sausage rolls, the kids will love them and they’re super simple to make
Ingredients:
6 skinless sausages
375g pack ready to roll puff pastry
1 beat egg, to glaze
Small chunk mozzarella
12 peppercorns

Method:
- Heat the oven to 180°C. Cut the pastry into strips and wrap around the sausages to form a mummy like effect. Brush the beat egg over the pastry and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the sausages are cooked through.
- Then break up small pieces of mozzarella, place at the top to form eyes and finish with a peppercorn.
