Pan Fry: For that classic golden-brown finish, preheat your grill to medium and place the sausages on a rack for 17 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure they stay juicy and evenly cooked.

Oven Bake: For a hands-off approach, preheat your oven to 190°C (Fan 170°C / Gas Mark 5) and bake on a tray in the centre for 17–22 minutes, giving them a quick turn halfway through for that signature crisp skin..
