- Cooked Battered Chicken (20%) [Chicken Breast, Palm Oil, Corn Starch, Wheat Flour, Potato Starch, Salt, Raising Agents (Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate)]

Cooking Instructions: For best results microwave heat. Remove outer sleeve. Peel back film lid, add 1 tbsp of water to the rice, stir and re-cover. Important Not suitable for heating from frozen. All appliances vary, These are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. Microwave: 800W 4 mins 30 secs/900W 4 mins. Heat on full power. Halfway through heating peel back film lid, stir well and re-cover. Heat on full power for remaining time. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir well before serving. Oven cook: 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5, 25 mins. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Halfway through heating peel back film lid, stir well, re-cover and heat for remaining time. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir well before serving.
