Cooking Instructions: For best results oven cook. Remove all packaging. Caution This product contains raw meat. Wash hands, utensils and all surfaces after touching raw chicken. Important Not suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. Oven cook: Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6, 15-18 mins Air Fry: Based on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer. Pre-heat air fryer. Place all steaks in the air fryer in a single layer. If necessary, cook in multiple batches. Turn halfway through to ensure even cooking. 180°C, 12 mins Caution Do not overfill the air fryer. Barbecue: For a chargrilled barbecue effect. Cook as per cooking guidelines above, then place on the barbecue, turning frequently until desired chargrill appearance is achieved.

Keep refrigerated below 4°C. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by ‘use by’ date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze.
