Not in stock? We can offer substitutions!
If any products are not in stock then there is an option for substitutions where we will send out a similar product, saving any inconvenience of missing items. At times items showing as in stock to order can be purchased in-store before they can be picked. Always check the packaging of the product once received to make sure it is suitable, especially if you have any dietary requirements. Of course, there is also the option to not be sent a substitute if you’d prefer.
Avoid peak-time queues
At certain times of the day your local One Stop can get very busy particularly during the school run! By ordering online you can avoid any queue delays and get what you need without leaving your home or office.
Opening times aligned with in-store where possible
We aim to provide the same level of service online as we do in-store, which is why our online delivery service is available from the same opening times as in-store (where drivers are available), plus you can order up to 9.30pm. We even tailor our menu to suit the time of day – easily locate those breakfast essentials first thing and find your favourite tipple in the evening.
Paper delivery bags – easier to recycle
When ordering online we deliver using paper bags which are easier for customers to recycle than plastic bags. Paper bags can be recycled at home.
