
One Stop Terms and conditions
From 24th April a small number of One Stop stores will be offering Clubcard points in-store for a limited time period. Collect 1 point per £1 spent*. Clubcard members must present their Clubcard (either a physical Clubcard or contained within the Tesco app) at the checkout in order to collect points for a transaction. In One Stop cards can be swiped or manually entered, or your Clubcard QR code on the app can be used, customers will not collect points by tapping their Clubcard. Tesco Bank cards require the Clubcard number adding manually at the till.
If you forget your Clubcard, you cannot claim missed Clubcard points for purchases made in a One Stop store.
To be awarded Clubcard points, members must spend above a certain amount on qualifying products in a single transaction. The number of points awarded may change and will vary depending on the products bought, the amount spent and where the transaction takes place. Full details of how points are awarded can be found in the Collect points section of Tesco.com.
*You can’t collect points on tobacco or tobacco related products, vapes, lottery, stamps, prescription medicines, infant formulae milk, Tesco gift cards, 3rd party gift cards, saving stamps, in-store concessions.
Clubcard vouchers cannot be used in a One Stop store.

One Stop is being trialled as a Points Partner. This is a pilot scheme run by Tesco Stores Limited and is commencing 24 April 2025. During this trial, we reserve the right to suspend, terminate or stop the inclusion of One Stop as a Points Partner at our discretion where we determine that the One Stop Points Partner trial is not to be continued upon the expiry of the trial period.
Clubcard Prices are not available in One Stop stores.
FAQ’S
You’ll collect Clubcard points every time you use your Tesco Grocery & Clubcard app, plastic Clubcard or Tesco Bank cards when shopping in-store or online at tesco.com or when shopping on Tesco Marketplace. Clubcard points can also be collected with Tesco Mobile and Tesco Bank, at Tesco petrol stations or Esso sites with a Tesco Express, and in a small number of One Stop stores. The number of Clubcard points you can collect will depend on where you’re collecting.
You can’t collect Clubcard points on some products due to various legal, regulatory, or contractual reasons. These products include tobacco or tobacco-related products, vapes, lottery tickets, stamps, prescription medicines, infant formula milk, Tesco gift cards, 3rd party gift cards, saving stamps, in-store concessions, PayPoint payments, or purchases of some Tesco Bank products. Other products may also be excluded at the discretion of Tesco.
Since 20 April 2020, you can no longer collect Clubcard points on the value of Clubcard vouchers and money-off coupons.
Due to a legislation change from 6 April, customers will no longer be able to collect Clubcard points when purchasing alcohol in Northern Ireland.
Please allow a few days for your points to show in your Tesco Grocery & Clubcard app or online account. We are unable to credit any points for purchases made in One Stop stores where a Clubcard / app was not presented at the time of the sale.
If you’re using your Tesco Bank card in a One Stop store, please note that your Clubcard will need to be manually entered at the checkout before payment.
