Colleague Network Member
As a Colleague Network Member, you will:

• Receive regular communications direct from the network
• Have access to network events
• Have the ability to contribute to the network agenda
• Support with growing the networks through sharing what the network does

Network Chairs
As a Network Chair, you will:

• Represent your network as part of ‘One Voice’, our business Diversity and Inclusion Forum
• Be responsible for ensuring the network is relevant, grows in membership, responds to member requirements and is seen as a positive enabler of change and inclusion within One Stop
• Have the opportunity to work in partnership with key stakeholders such as the Leadership Team Sponsors, Senior Leaders and members of the People Team to ensure that the network’s activity supports the aim of creating a culture where everyone is welcome
• Guide the network, shape and uphold its values as well as those of the business
• Ensure network activities are aligned to the overall D&I strategy as well as the group strategy
• Network Chairs will have to be available for two hours every fortnight for network group meetings
