Colleague Stories
“Inclusion to me means that everyone is treated equally and with respect. That we are all welcome together at the company, regardless of our background, our sexuality, gender, disability, and we are all celebrated for what makes us, us. Inclusion is extremely important to me as a trans non-binary person, so that I feel welcomed into the company as the person I am and being able to celebrate Pride while at work was amazing!” (they/them)
“Inclusion to me means having a diverse team. Diversity is the key to positive and inclusive idea generation. It’s refreshing to work with a team that has members with different ethnicities, beliefs, and backgrounds and to work at a company that actively promotes this as a goal.”
“Inclusion to me means that we embrace all people irrespective of race, gender, disability or other. If it is encouraged and nurtured, it means that people can bring their whole authentic self to work and allow people to confidently do their best.”
