Halloween Colouring Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. The prize promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales). Children up to the age of 10 may enter the colouring competition with the permission of their parent or guardian, who are aged 18 or over.
  1. Employees (and their immediate families including any live-in partner or household member) of One Stop Convenience Stores, One Stop franchise stores and their representatives or agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, are not eligible to enter.
  1. How to participate: Entry and participation are free. To enter, participants must collect or download an official Halloween Colouring Competition sheet, complete their colouring entry and take a picture and email it to brand@onestop.co.uk before the competition closing date. Participants must include their full name for contacting purposes.
  1. By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  1. The competition opens on Monday 19th October at 8:00am and closes on Saturday 31st October 2026 at 11:59pm. Any entries received after this date will not be considered. There are 19 Halloween individual character plushies available to be won:
  • A total of 19 winners will be selected.
  • Character prizes may vary and cannot be chosen by entrants.
  • Prizes are subject to availability.
  • The prize shown in promotional materials may differ from the prize received.
  1. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
  1. Winners will be selected by the One Stop marketing team, based on the creativity and quality of the colouring entry. All winners will be chosen by 5:00pm on Friday 6th November 2026.
  1. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available. 
  1. The decision of the marketing team is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the competition.
  1.   Winners will be contacted using the email address provided. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  1. By entering the competition, entrants warrant that all information supplied is accurate and complete. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
  1. Only one prize may be awarded per entrant.
  1. Entries must be the original work of the entrant and must not contain any material that is offensive, defamatory, unlawful, obscene, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes breaches these Terms and Conditions.
  1. Submission of an entry does not guarantee a prize
  1. The winners’ first name, surname initial and county may be made available upon request by emailing brand@onestop.co.uk within one month of the competition closing date. If a winner objects to this information being made available, they should notify the Promoter when contacted. However, the Promoter may still be required to provide winner information to regulatory authorities, including the Advertising Standards Authority, where legally required.
  1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage suffered by any entrant arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
  1. Personal information supplied during the course of this competition will only be processed for the administration of the competition and prize fulfilment and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
  1. These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
