One Stop Customer Survey Terms and Conditions

June 2025

1. The prize promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 years or over except employees (and their immediate families including any live-in partner or household member) of One Stop Convenience Stores as well as their representatives or agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. 

2. To enter, complete and submit the entry form at www.mylocalonestop.com. No other types of entry will be accepted.

3. The final closing date for all entries is 23:59 on the last day of each month.

4. Only one prize from the prize draw allowed per household.

5. No purchase necessary.

6. From the 23/2/2025 to the 28/2/2026 there will be 27 winners and the prizes will vary.

7. From the 23/2/2025 There will be regular winners, who will be selected at random in the first week of each month. The monthly prize is two £100 in One Stop vouchers (One per person for two winners) redeemable in stores only.

8. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received and notified up to 28 days after the end of the month. The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of the notification. If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner or the prize is not collected within 7 days, an alternative winner will be drawn at random, and the Promoter shall have no liability to the original winner. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. The prize will then be sent to store for the winner to collect directly.

10. There are three additional prize draws per 12-month period. One drawn from prize-draw entrants from 1/6/2025 to 30/6/2025, one drawn from prize-draw entrants from 1/7/2025 to 31/7/2025 and one drawn from prize-draw entrants from 1/8/2025 to 31/8/2025). Prizes must be accepted as offered and are non-transferable. There are no cash alternatives.  Sale of the prize for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The winner will receive the following prizes:

  • August – A Luxury Summer Glamping Break
  • June – A Luxury Night In The Countryside
  • July – A ‘Host Your Own Summer BBQ Party’ Bundle

11. Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible here: https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english. The winner will be advised of the available accommodation options at point of booking. Both prizes are protected by the prize provider: Element London ATOL 10207/ABTA Y2441 (www.element-london.com). 12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for data corruption, incomplete or illegible entries, or entries which fail to be properly submitted.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted within the rules on the One Stop website. All images used in conjunction with the promotion of the prize are for illustrative purposes only and exact products are subject to change according to availability.

14. Winners’ names will be available www.onestop.co.uk website after the winner is contacted.

15. Winners agree to their names and photographs being used for promotional purposes. Copyright in all material submitted as entries rests with the promoter.

16. The prize draw promoter is One Stop Stores Ltd, Apex Road, Brownhills, Walsall, WS8 7HU, Company Reg: 02462858, hereby referred to as the “Promoter”.

  • Any information you provide in a survey will be used:
  • You will not be contacted for marketing purposes as a result of participating in the survey.
  • By the Promoter and Administrator to administer and manage the prize draw.
  • By the Promoter for customer research purposes.

18. Once an entrant has been opted in, they can opt out of being contacted at any time by emailing HYS@onestop.co.uk with the subject line ‘OPT OUT’, from the email address associated with their survey response
