We’ve doubled our home delivery range & introduced more self-service check-outs
We’ve doubled our home delivery range with over 2,500 products – all now available online! Utilising the recently integrated Deliverect software, we will are now able to offer our home delivery customers an increased product range, reduced delivery times and an improved service.
The software also allows us to update our stock availability on Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat at a faster rate. This increased range is available across more than 600 of our company owned stores that offer home delivery.
Tim Josephs, Head of Online here at One Stop, said: “Deliverect will give stores a simplified process to manage multiple delivery partner services within their store. It allows us to manage more tasks centrally, helping to save time for our store colleagues and franchisees while improving the service we offer customers. Order picking will become more efficient, menu availability can be managed more effectively, and we can generate menus all in one place. Deliverect will also give us greater insight into each store, allowing us to continually improve our offer and individual store performance.”
We’ve also recently installed self-service checkouts in 58 of our company owned stores, with another 80 shops planned for early 2023, including some Franchise stores. During the initial self-service trial, we’ve seen reduced queuing times and improved customer satisfaction. We will continue this roll-out in more stores. Providing our customers with more choice of how they’d like to pay, with a colleague always available to help.
