Microwave: 1 Squeeze the pouch so that the product is evenly distributed. 2 Slightly tear the top corner open by 2 cm. Place the pouch in the microwave. 3 Microwave on full power for 2 minutes at 900 W. 4 Remove from the microwave and tear/cut off the top of the pouch. Take care when opening the pouch as hot steam will escape.
