A trip to Naples by our dough-masters and thousands of hours perfecting a sourdough recipe have resulted in crafting a unique pizza dough. It undergoes a special three-stage fermentation process for over 24 hours to create the perfect crust: airy on the inside and incredibly crispy on the outside.

We bake our Suprema crust in a stone oven at 400 degrees until it is airy and crispy for the perfect crunch. We layer on our full-bodied sauce made with Emilia-Romagna passata from sun-ripened tomatoes and a pinch of sea salt, then top with creamy mozzarella and season with Italian Pecorino. Dr. Oetker Suprema pizza creates a taste that is unrivalled in flavour.

Oven cook: Keep pizza frozen until ready to bake. 220°C, 200°C, 7, 11-14 min. 1. Preheat your oven. 2. Remove all packaging. While the oven is heating up, leave the pizza at room temperature. 3. Place pizza directly onto the bottom wire shelf in your oven. Rotate pizza halfway through cooking. Make sure the product is fully cooked before consumption. Caution topping will be extremely hot!
