Easy prep: Serve straight from the bowl and always check the temperature before serving to your little one. Throw away any leftovers at the end of the meal. Do not heat in the oven.
Hob: Place the sealed bowl in hot water for 3 minutes. Peel off film and stir well before serving. Microwave: (800W): Pierce film lid several times. Heat bowl on full power for 30-40 secs (heating time may vary according to microwave power). Peel off film and stir well to remove hot spots.
