Therefore, we develop long standing relationships with growers and suppliers, to help deliver the very best quality fresh food. Our mushrooms come from trusted growers who have got experience of growing mushrooms for several years. Every growers has its own team of skilled pickers, who are trained for a minimum of 12 weeks to handpick mushrooms everyday of the year. To start growing mushrooms need the conditions typical of an autumn morning, so are carefully grown indoors due to their delicate nature. Each mushroom is chilled within an hour of harvesting to lock in freshness, ensuring the best quality and flavour.
