Our sausages are made for us by a family-run business who’ve taken pride in making sausages for more than 200 years. They are all made with 100% British pork which is hand-trimmed by expertly trained butchers. The sausages are then seasoned and other carefully selected ingredients are added to enhance the rich, succulent flavour.

Cooking Instructions: Remove all packaging. For best results grill. For best results do not prick sausage skins. Caution Do not overfill the air fryer. Always wash hands, surfaces and utensils after contact with raw meat. Important Not suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Cook thoroughly until steaming hot throughout and there is no raw meat inside. Grill: 14-16 mins. Place under a pre-heated medium grill. Turn occasionally. Oven cook: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 20-25 mins. Place on a lightly greased baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Turn occasionally. Air Fry: Based on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer. Pre-heat air fryer. Place 6 chipolatas in the air fryer in a single layer. Turn halfway through cooking time to ensure even cooking. Leave to stand for 1 minute after cooking.
