Beef and carrots in an onion gravy with mashed potato
- Mashed Potato [Potato, Whole Milk, Butter (Milk), Salt, White Pepper]
- Cooked Beef (20%) [Beef, Cornflour, Salt]
- Water

- Red Wine
- Rapeseed Oil
- Beef Extract
- Tomato Paste
- Garlic Purée
- Yeast Extract Powder
- Salt
- Beef Gelatine
- Sugar
- Concentrated Onion Juice
- Caramelised Sugar Syrup

Cooking Instructions: For best results oven heat. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film lid on both compartments. Caution Allow tray to stand until it regains its rigidity. Important All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is steaming hot throughout before serving. Oven cook: Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven. 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5, 25 mins Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir before serving. Oven cook: Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven. 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5, 35 mins Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir before serving. Microwave: Heat on full power. 800W, 5 mins 30 secs 900W, 5 mins Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir before serving. Microwave: Heat on full power. 800W, 6 mins 900W, 6 mins If heating from frozen, stand for 1 minute and stir both compartments, re-cover and heat for a further 800W, 4 mins 900W, 3 mins 30 secs Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir before serving.
