Shallow Fry: – Remove all packaging. – Heat a little oil in a frying pan or wok until hot. – Place one fillet into the pan and if it sizzles, pan is ready. If not, heat for a little longer. – Turn frequently. 8-10 mins Important Not suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. The chicken is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer. If the juices are pink, continue cooking until they are clear. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.

Keep refrigerated below 4°C. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for freezing Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by ‘use by’ date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze.
