Lean pork mince.
Shallow Fry: Remove all packaging. Pan fry: 5-6 mins. Heat a little oil in a frying pan to a medium high heat. Add mince to the pan and fry for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly. Important not suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Minced meat products require thorough cooking before consumption. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
