Microwave: 800W & 900W, 3 mins. Stand for 1 minute, peel back film lid, stir, re-cover and heat on full power for a further 800W: 2 mins, 30 secs/900W: 2 mins. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir before serving. Caution This container may soften slightly but will regain strength on standing. Important Not suitable for heating from frozen.
