Cooking Instructions: – For best results oven heat. – Remove outer sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Caution Allow tray to stand until it regains its rigidity. Important All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is steaming hot throughout before serving. Oven cook: – Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. – Remove film lid for the final 10 minutes. 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5, 35 mins – Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. – Stir well before serving. Oven cook: – Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. – Remove film lid for the final 10 minutes. 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5, 55 mins – Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. – Stir well before serving. Microwave: – Heat on full power for 800W, 4 mins 30 secs 900W, 4 mins 30 secs Peel back film lid, stir and heat for a further 800W, 5 mins 900W, 4 mins – Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. – Stir well before serving. Microwave: – Heat on full power for 800W, 8 mins 900W, 8 mins Peel back film lid, stir and heat for a further 800W, 8 mins 900W, 6 mins – Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. – Stir well before serving.
