Cooking Instructions: For best results oven heat. Caution Allow tray to stand until it regains its rigidity. Important Not suitable for microwave heating from frozen. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is steaming hot throughout before serving. Oven cook: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6: 25-30 mins. Remove outer sleeve and film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Oven cook: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6: 40-45 mins. Remove outer sleeve and film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Microwave: Remove outer sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Heat on full power for 800W 7 mins/900W 6 mins 30 secs. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating.
