Minced beef kebabs with barbecue flavour seasoning on wooden skewers.

Serving Suggestion Great served in flatbreads or mini hot dog finger rolls with salad and mayo, or just eat on the stick. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the refrigerator. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above.

Barbecue: For a chargrilled barbecue effect pre-cook as per cooking guidelines above, then place on the barbecue for a further 5 minutes, turning frequently. Cooking Instructions: Remove all packaging. For best results grill. Caution This product contains raw meat. Important Not suitable for microwave cooking. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. Always wash hands, surfaces and utensils after contact with raw meat. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure product is cooked thoroughly until all juices run clear and there is no raw meat inside. Grill: 12-14 mins. Place under a pre-heated grill, turning occasionally. Oven cook: 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5 14-16 mins. Place the kebabs on an oven tray and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven, turning occasionally.

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 24 hours and by ‘use by’ date shown. This product was previously frozen and has been restored to chill temperature under carefully controlled conditions. Defrosted: It is still suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by ‘use by’ date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen.
