Cooking Instructions: Pierce film lid several times. Heat on full power. 800W & 900W 3 mins. Stand for 1 minute, peel back film lid, stir re-cover and heat on full power for a further: 800W 2 mins 30 secs/900W 2 mins. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir before serving. Important Not suitable for heating from frozen. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. This container may soften slightly but will regain strength on standing.
