Cooking Instructions: For best results microwave heat. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Caution Allow tray to stand until it regains its rigidity. Important All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is steaming hot throughout before serving. Microwave: 800W 4 mins 30 secs/900W 4 mins. Heat on full power. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir well before serving. Microwave: 800W 9 mins/900W 8 mins. Heat on full power. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir well before serving. Oven cook: 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5, 30 mins. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Stir half way through, re-cover and heat for the remaining time. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir well before serving. Oven cook: 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5, 50 mins. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Stir half way through, re-cover and heat for the remaining time. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir well before serving.
