- Puff Pastry: Wheat Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Vegetable Oils (Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil), Salt, Emulsifier (Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids)
- Filling: Water, Rusk [Wheat Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Raising Agent (Ammonium Hydrogen Carbonate)], Pork (7%), Salt, Pork Fat, Dextrose, Stabilisers (Tetrasodium Diphosphate, Disodium Diphosphate), Preservative (Sodium Metabisulphite), Yeast Extract, Spice Extracts [Pepper Extract, Nutmeg Extract, Coriander Extract], Nutmeg, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Colour (Carmines), Sage Extract

Handling Guidelines 1. Pre heat oven – 180ºC (Fan Assisted) 200ºC (Conventional) 2. Bake on solid trays Always use solid trays 3. Bake for approx 30 minutes 4. Once baked check core temperature 82ºC must be achieved
Oven cook: Always bake from frozen. Remove the required amount from the outer case and place on lined, solid baking trays allowing 4 to 5cm of space around each product. Pre-heat oven to 200°C (conventional) or 180°C (fan assisted) and bake for approximately 30 minutes. A core temperature of +82°C must be achieved before the product is removed from the oven. If displaying hot, this product must be transferred immediately to a pre-heated display that will maintain a core temperature of +63°C or higher. Shelf life once baked: Hot – 4 hours.
