4 slices one Stop Thick White Toastie

2 slices Medium Wholemeal

1 One Stop Cucumber

4 tbsp One Stop Mayonnaise

3 tbsp cream cheese

2 One Stop medium eggs

2 thinly sliced salmon pieces

1.Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and carefully place in the eggs. Leave to boil for 6-8 minutes. Once boiled transfer to a bowl of ice cold water and leave to rest for a minute. Now take the eggs out and peel the shell off. Put the eggs in a bowl with 3 tbsp of mayonnaise and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Mash the ingredients together with a fork until combine. Now take two slices of white bread and spread the mixture onto the bread. Cut into finger shaped slices.

2.Grab the two slices of wholemeal bread and spread the cream cheese evenly onto the bread. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and place on top of the cream cheese. Again cut into finger shaped slices.

3.Now take your remaining two pieces of white bread and spread 1 tbsp of mayonnaise evenly. Take your salmon slices and lay on top of the bread. Again cut into finger shaped slices. Serve and enjoy!
