Ingredients:

4 large potatoes, not peeled, cut into wedges
2 tablespoons vegetable or sunflower oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Step 1
Soak potato wedges in water for 30 minutes. Then, drain and cover with boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain again and pat dry with a clean towel.
In a bowl, mix wedges with oil, paprika, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Step 2
