Ingredients:

Iceberg lettuce
Red leaf lettuce
3 Fresh tomatoes
Cucumber
1 Red onion
2 tbsp of Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper

Method:

1. Chop up the onion, cucumber and tomatoes into thin slices.
2. Break of large portions of lettuce from both the iceburg and red leaf lettuce.
3. Toss all the ingredients together in a large salad bowl.
4. Drizzle the olive oil over the top and sprinkle a salt and pepper to finish.

Enjoy and serve to accompany any BBQ dish.
