200g (7oz) cooked One Stop Chicken Breast, shredded
1 egg yolk
5 tablespoons crème fraiche
1 lemon

Method:

  1. Cook the One Stop Penne Pasta according to pack instructions in a large pan of salted boiling water. Drain, reserving a little of the cooking water, and return immediately to the pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken and stir through the egg yolk, crème fraiche, some finely grated zest of a whole lemon and the juice of half a lemon. Stir together until a smooth sauce forms, adding a little of the cooking water if the pasta looks dry.
  3. Spoon into serving bowls.
