Ingredients:

2 large apples
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Ground cinnamon, for dusting

Method:

Step 1
Preheat oven to 150°C/fan 130°C/gas mark 2. Line 2 baking sheets with non-stick baking paper. Core the apples, keeping them whole, and slice them crossways into thin slices (about 1–2mm thick).
