- 200g bag large cooked prawns
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 200g cherry tomatoes
- 4 spring onions
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- juice 1/2 lemon

For the dressing
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- juice 1/2 lemon

  1. Mix the ingredients for the dressing together.
  2. Put the prawns, avocado, tomatoes, spring onions and lettuce in a large bowl, squeeze lemon juice and drizzle with the olive oil, mix gently, then serve with the dressing.
