Try this crunchy coleslaw, the perfect companion to any BBQ!
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 200g carrots, peeled and shredded
- 1 medium sweetheart cabbage, shredded
- 150g natural yogurt
- 100g light mayonnaise
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Combine the onion, carrots and cabbage in a large mixing bowl, mix well.
- Whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise and lemon juice in another mixing bowl; season well. Add the vegetables and mix well to combine.
- Spoon into serving bowl.
