- 1 medium sweetheart cabbage, shredded
- 150g natural yogurt
- 100g light mayonnaise
- 1/2 lemon, juiced

Method:

  1. Combine the onion, carrots and cabbage in a large mixing bowl, mix well.
  2. Whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise and lemon juice in another mixing bowl; season well. Add the vegetables and mix well to combine.
