
Easy Fruit Salad
Keep things simple and refreshing with this super easy kid-friendly fruit salad recipe, perfect for little hands to try over the summer holidays; featuring a medley of juicy fruits and a hint of honey-lime dressing, it’s a healthy and delicious treat that’s as fun to make as it is to eat, offering a taste of summer in every bite.
Ingredients:
8 seedless red grapes
8 seedless white grapes
2 satsumas
2 bananas
30ml orange juice
Method:
1. Wash and drain the strawberries and grapes.
2. Pull the stalks from the strawberries, before asking an adult to help halve each one using a knife. Pull the grapes off the stalks.
3. Peel the satsumas and separate into segments. Peel the bananas and, with some help from an adult, slice them into small pieces.
4. Place all the fruit in a bowl and mix together. You can also you use any additional fruit you wish.
Add the orange juice, serve and enjoy!
