Ingredients:

400ml yoghurt
50g Caster Sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
180g strawberries, hulled

Method:

  1. Place the yoghurt, vanilla, strawberries and sugar into a blender and blend until you reach a smooth consistency.

2. Pour into ice lolly moulds. Place into the freezer overnight and serve when frozen.
