Garlic Breaded Mushrooms

Make your own garlic breaded mushrooms , the perfect quick and easy side dish.

Ingredients:

200g closed cup mushrooms
100g plain flour
1 egg
15g garlic powder
15g dried parsley
150g breadcrumbs
200ml sunflower oil

Method:

  1. Add the flour, bread crumbs and eggs to three separate bowls. Whisk the eggs, and mix the dried parsley and garlic granules into the breadcrumbs.
  2. Dip the mushroom into the flour, then dip it into the whisked egg.
  3. Finally, dip the mushroom into the breadcrumbs. Repeat with all the mushrooms
  4. Heat up a large pan and add in the sunflower oil, add in the mushrooms and fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy.
